Customized weight loss plans: From the "golden recipe" one-week juice plan to establishing your own weight loss rules
Let's start day one with a fruit juice. The dietary fiber and oligosaccharides in bananas effectively promote digestion, while the addition of apples makes it sweeter and more refreshing. Ingredients: 1/4 apple (approx. 60g); 1 small banana (approx. 100g); 50ml water. Instructions: Cut the apple into large chunks with the peel on, and peel and cut the banana into large chunks. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend.
Adding thickeners, acidulants, or sweeteners to fruit juice can make its flavor richer and more complex. However, some ingredients can negatively impact the texture of the juice when mixed directly. For these types of juices, we recommend adding thickeners such as yogurt or milk, sweeteners like honey, and acidulants like lemon. Most of the juices introduced use these three additives.
Tuesday: Komatsuna, rich in vitamins and minerals, can promote metabolism. Its bitterness blends well with the sweetness of bananas, making it perfect for those who don't like vegetables. Ingredients: 1 stalk of komatsuna (about 40g); 1 small banana (about 100g); 50ml water. Instructions: Cut the komatsuna into large pieces, peel and cut the banana into large pieces. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend.
Wednesday: Refreshing komatsuna paired with apple, and the addition of yogurt adds a smooth, creamy texture. It's incredibly flavorful with every bite. Ingredients: 1 komatsuna (about 40g); 1/4 apple (about 60g); 6 tablespoons yogurt (about 1/2 cup). Instructions: Chop the komatsuna into large pieces, and cut the apple into large chunks with the peel on. Blend all ingredients in a blender.
Thursday: A refreshing, tangy juice made with apples and yogurt. Mineral-rich honey adds sweetness and balances the flavor. Ingredients: 1/2 apple (about 125g); 6 tablespoons yogurt (about 1/2 cup); 1 teaspoon honey. Instructions: Cut the apple into large chunks with the peel on. Blend all ingredients in a blender.
Friday: The lactic acid bacteria in yogurt can effectively regulate the gut, while bananas provide the body with energy. This juice is recommended for those who need energy for work in the morning, as it is very filling. Ingredients: 1 small banana (about 100g); 6 tablespoons of yogurt (about 1/2 cup). Instructions: Peel the banana and cut it into large chunks. Blend all ingredients in a blender.
Saturday: Using refreshing komatsuna (Japanese mustard greens) and apples as the main ingredients, the calories in this juice are well controlled. Vitamins A and C, as well as polyphenols, are excellent for combating aging. Ingredients: 1 stalk of komatsuna (about 40g); 1/4 apple (about 60g); 50ml water; 1 teaspoon honey. Instructions: Cut the komatsuna into large pieces, and cut the apple into large pieces with the peel on. Blend all ingredients in a blender.
Sunday: The last day of the week, we present a luxurious recipe featuring a wealth of ingredients including vegetables, fruits, and yogurt. Extract the essence of nutrients for a richer, more flavorful juice. Ingredients: 1/2 head of komatsuna (approx. 20g); 1/4 apple (approx. 60g); 1 small banana (approx. 100g); 3 tablespoons of yogurt (approx. 1/4 cup). Instructions: Cut the komatsuna into large chunks. Cut the apple (with peel) into large chunks, and peel and cut the banana into large chunks. Blend all ingredients in a blender.
Designing a "weight loss rule that suits you" is the key to successful weight loss. I believe many people have tried various weight loss methods, but ultimately failed to achieve their desired results. The reason for this is that everyone's lifestyle and eating habits are different. For example, I was able to lose 13kg using my own method, but other people using the exact same method may not achieve the same results. For me personally, my weight loss method is the most comfortable and sustainable, but for others, it might be painful and difficult to stick to. Therefore, popular weight loss methods are not necessarily suitable for everyone. The most important thing for weight loss is long-term adherence. Therefore, finding a weight loss method that suits you and that you can stick to long-term is the key to success.
To find the answer, the first thing you need to do is keep a detailed record of your meal times and food intake for a week. During this week, please record the types of food you eat, water intake, and snacks. Many friends who consult me about weight loss methods have a habit of snacking. They unconsciously start eating snacks during their free time or afternoon tea. It's not actually to fill their stomachs, but because the habit of snacking has been formed, and they naturally want to eat something at certain times. For example, many people like to eat chocolate at 3 pm, and many people like to eat dessert after dinner. Once you keep a food record, you will clearly identify your eating habits, which is the first step in creating your own eating rules.
Next, we'll introduce how to address these unhealthy eating habits. A crucial principle to emphasize is that any goals set must be within your personal tolerance level, and then you should gradually and consciously make changes. If you frequently snack at home, it's likely because you keep snacks at home, which has become a habit. Therefore, first, reduce the amount of snacks you keep at home and choose smaller packages when buying them. Additionally, some overweight individuals often finish a whole box or bag of snacks after opening it. In this case, you can pour all the snacks into a plate, control the amount you eat each time, and eat the remaining portion the next day. This is what I mean by establishing your own eating habits. Furthermore, you should gradually improve some unhealthy lifestyle habits so that the weight loss effects will gradually become apparent.
Similarly, the same principle applies to weight and fat control. Carefully record the time you go to the toilet each day, ideally keeping it at roughly the same time each day. Additionally, weigh yourself daily to know exactly how much you've eaten and how much weight you've gained. This way, you can control your diet effectively, maintain your figure, and make things much easier. Furthermore, some people gain weight due to excessive stress. In that case, you can weigh yourself every other day to avoid putting too much pressure on yourself.
