In fact, all weight loss drugs on the market have side effects, even those that are now recognized as treatments for severe obesity.
Therefore, relying on easy-to-use diet pills is very dangerous.
The misconception that "two meals a day will eventually turn you into a sumo wrestler"
Previously, I had the opportunity to speak with a current sumo wrestling coach by chance.
The coach was a very talkative person and answered all the questions that had been on my mind day and night.
Me: "Coach, what's the most important thing for sumo wrestlers to gain a physical advantage?"
Coach: "Huh? You mean to gain weight?"
Me: "Yeah, I guess so."

Coach: "You have to eat several meals a day!"
