Dietary freedom and the principle of universal health
Following this plan, your rapidly accelerating metabolism will not only clear away all obstacles on your path to weight loss, but you'll also have significant control over what you eat, how you eat, and when you eat. You are fully capable of "eliminating your fat or keeping your fat." If you want to indulge in desserts, snack in the evening, or indulge in a rare large intake of calories, you can do so entirely according to your own wishes, and your accelerated metabolism will save the day, making it very easy for you to lose weight.
Secondly-and this benefit is perhaps the most valuable of the two-it puts your life on a completely new trajectory. You can eat better and live a healthier life. Absolutely! You may have missed out on a lot of good times due to your sluggish metabolism and your long-term sedentary lifestyle. Of course, that's not all! I want to empower you with full decision-making power in your daily life, knowing how, what, and when you eat your meals, and I want to make you feel better about these decisions because they are your own choices. In other words, you will no longer feel guilty or ashamed every time you take a bite of food.
Once you're involved in this plan (before, during, and after), eating will become a natural, pleasurable behavior. You simply need to learn to eat the right foods at the right times. I firmly believe that the biggest flaw in all poorly designed diet plans is making people feel that eating is a sin! But how can eating be a sin? After all, eating is a fundamental prerequisite for our survival and healthy development. You must firmly remember that only making wrong choices about the foods we eat can shorten our lifespan and hinder our healthy physical development.
I guarantee that when you complete this four-part self-transformation and self-reinforcement program, you will achieve two things: live longer and be healthier. Ultimately, you will return to normal eating habits. The enjoyment of life you experience will be unprecedented, and you will no longer crave the junk food you used to love!
Humans share some common and universal principles of health. In this book, you will learn about some of the most important ones, one of which can be expressed using a principle unrelated to health. This principle will undoubtedly be very familiar to you: the "principle of gravity."
Like all universal principles, the "principle of gravity" was not created by humans. This principle states that if you jump off a cliff, you will fall; you cannot move horizontally or to the side. You may not realize that this is the principle of gravity, but you are falling according to its rules. You may think this principle of gravity is a silly principle, a false principle, an unfair principle, and you may even want to refute its arguments, but ultimately you will still fall.
The same applies to other common health principles. You might not believe it, but adequate water intake has a profound impact on your metabolism, weight, health, and appearance, and it truly plays a vital role in these areas. In fact, drinking water has a similarly profound impact on other common health principles.
The ultimate goal of this book is to equip you with some crucial methods. It addresses the length of time you've been obese, your ideal weight, how much weight you should lose, and how many times you've failed at weight loss without considering these factors. Because this plan is based on scientific research, it will undoubtedly play a significant role in your weight loss journey. By applying the simple techniques presented in this book, you can build strong conviction and self-control, and stop deeply ingrained overeating habits.
Once you master each of the powerful measures in this plan, you will learn many new and effective weight loss methods, prompting a fundamental change in your behavior. You can build on the achievements of the previous day, and before long, you will become a leaner, more attractive, and more energetic person. Furthermore, you will become a more likable person, someone who earns the respect and admiration of family and friends. I solemnly promise you that all of this will become a reality. If you follow the methods described in this book, you will ultimately succeed.
My research begins with the actual dietary process, because this is an area that most people have always been very concerned about, and one that I have been helping them with. Therefore, this book will begin by discussing dietary issues. Before we begin, please remember my advice: this book is not a book specifically about dieting, and I have no intention of becoming a dieting expert. I have only learned about a few weight loss techniques that are effective for almost everyone (with very few exceptions: such as people who are constantly taking weight loss drugs or those with physical limitations. These individuals should undoubtedly consult a doctor before starting any weight loss program and have their doctor advise them on how to modify the program to meet their specific needs).
During weight loss, certain basic principles must be followed in terms of diet, including basic daily hygiene. I will not elaborate on this now (I will explain it in more detail later).
First, you should consume slightly less food than your body needs to utilize throughout the day. Second, you should eliminate all foods that hinder weight loss, such as sugar and sweets, fattening foods (including fried foods, but not all), alcohol, diet pills (except those prescribed by a doctor), all processed foods, and all dairy products except for egg whites (this will be discussed further later in this book). Third, you must further limit your intake of starchy foods, such as bread, pasta, potatoes, and beans. Your daily diet must include some fresh, wholesome protein foods, such as fish, chicken, and egg whites; in addition, you must eat some fresh, high-fiber, colorful vegetables.
I know, I know! Right now you're thinking about your own problems, and you're probably thinking, "So, I have to stop eating all the food I want!" Okay, stop complaining, I'm not finished yet! And I never said you should eat worse to be healthier; I just said you should eat healthy foods, do some exercise, and do mental training to help your weight loss process. After that, you can occasionally eat some of your favorite foods without any side effects. Because your metabolism will become so good that if you eat a chocolate chip cookie, it will be burned off immediately (note, I only said you can eat these foods "occasionally." But you can't do it often!).
